Structure of the course

The course involves a mixture of case studies, videos, and group work. It is relaxed, very enjoyable (see our feedback), as well as being a great learning experience.

The course is grounded in everyday plain language using technique which attendees  will find practical and easy to implement.

Course attendees will all receive a user-friendly workbook explaining the approaches and techniques that can be used both in work and at home.

As part of the package if requested we can also provide promotional information, e.g. magazine articles and leaflets.

Emotional Resilience and confidence

This course is not written by someone who has all the answers - I don’t! Nor is it about constantly having to be positive all the time. Rather it is about how to live with yourself and thrive. No matter how you are feeling or where you are in your life right now you can give yourself a second chance where you can choose to do things differently.

This course is designed to help you become more resilient so you can embrace that change you want to see in your life.
